These terms and conditions govern your use of oscarandco.com.au and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Oscar and Co. is operated by Oscar & Co Fine Gold Jewellery Pty Ltd (ABN 95 653 639 493).
Products and pricing
We work to describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour and finish can occur between photos and the finished piece. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to change prices at any time — the price shown at checkout is the price you’ll pay.
Certification
Where a product is sold with a diamond certification (GIA, IGI, or GCAL), the certificate details supplied are specific to that stone. Made-to-order pieces are certified once the setting is complete.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if a listing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud is identified — in which case we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including photography, product designs, and text — belongs to Oscar & Co and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oscar & Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee you’re entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
