A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond created above ground using advanced technology that replicates the natural process of diamond formation. It has the same crystal structure, hardness, and brilliance as a mined diamond — the only difference is where it came from.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only way to tell them apart is with specialised equipment used by gemological laboratories — to the naked eye, and even under a jeweller’s loupe, they’re the same.

Every diamond is independently graded by GIA, IGI, or GCAL, covering cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. Certification details are listed on each product page, and the stone’s certificate number is recorded against your specific piece.

Lab-grown diamonds use a fraction of the land and water disturbance of traditional mining, cost less than a mined diamond of equivalent quality, and carry a fully traceable origin. Read more on our Our Promise page.

In most cases, yes — email us at customercare@oscarandco.com.au with your order details and we’ll advise on resizing options for your specific piece. Rings with certain eternity or pavé settings can be harder to resize, so it’s worth checking before you order if you expect your size to change.

We offer 9K, 14K, 18K, and 22K gold in yellow, white, and rose tones, as well as platinum and silver. Available options vary by piece — check the product page for what’s offered on a specific design.

Yes — DHL Express ships free on orders over $150 anywhere in Australia (Australia Post is also available for a flat $15). Every order is fully insured either way. See our shipping page for dispatch timeframes and tracking details.

We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unaltered pieces in their original packaging. Made-to-order, engraved, and resized pieces are excluded. Full details are on our returns page.

Yes — all payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your full card details on our servers.

It covers defects in workmanship and craftsmanship for as long as you own the piece — things like a loose stone or a failed clasp due to a manufacturing fault. It doesn’t cover loss, theft, or accidental damage. Full details are on our Our Promise page.
