Every Oscar & Co order ships with signature-on-delivery and full insurance cover until it reaches you. Choose DHL Express or Australia Post at checkout — DHL Express ships free on orders over $150.

All shipping prices below are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Processing time

Fine jewellery is made to be right, not fast. In-stock pieces ship in 2–3 days. Get your order within 5 days, subject to location. Made-to-order, resized, or engraved pieces follow the estimated timeframe shown on their product page and confirmed in your order email. Contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a particular date.

Delivery timeframes

In-stock orders are expected to arrive within 5 days of ordering, subject to your location. The carrier estimates below are measured after dispatch; regional or remote locations and Australia Post services may take longer.

Tracking & security

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Every parcel is sent in discreet, unbranded packaging, fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery — so it’s worth having it sent somewhere you know someone will be home.

International shipping

At this stage, we ship within Australia only. If you’re outside Australia and interested in a piece, email customercare@oscarandco.com.au and we’ll let you know if international shipping becomes available.
