At Oscar & Co, “lifetime warranty” isn’t a line in the fine print — it’s the whole point. We built this business on the idea that a diamond you’re proud to wear should come from a process you’re proud to stand behind, from the raw material through to the craftsperson who sets it. Here’s what that means in practice.
What we guarantee
Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the workmanship and craftsmanship of every piece we make, for life. If a claw needs re-tipping, a setting needs tightening, or a clasp needs repairing due to normal wear, we’ll make it right — no matter how many years have passed.
Master Craftsmanship
Every ring, chain, and setting passes through the hands of experienced craftspeople, supported by the latest jewellery-making technology — from precision CAD modelling to laser welding — so the finished piece always matches the design.
Sustainably Made
Our diamonds are grown, not mined, using a fraction of the land and water disturbance of traditional mining. Our workshops follow responsible, sustainable production practices at every stage, not just in the stone.
Fully Traceable
We can trace every piece back to its bare essential materials — from the diamond’s growth origin to the source of its metal — so you always know exactly what you’re wearing and where it came from.
Our lifetime warranty, in detail
Every Oscar & Co piece is covered against defects in workmanship and craftsmanship for as long as you own it. That covers things like a stone coming loose due to a manufacturing fault, a clasp failing before its time, or a setting that wasn’t finished properly. If it’s our error, we fix it — free of charge.
What the warranty doesn’t cover: loss or theft, accidental damage, normal everyday wear (like surface scratching on soft metals), and damage from a repair carried out by someone other than us. We recommend having your jewellery professionally inspected once a year, which also keeps your warranty in the best possible standing.
Sourced with intention
Every diamond we set is lab-grown — created above ground using processes that replicate natural diamond formation, rather than extracted from it. The result is a stone that’s chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond, independently certified by GIA, IGI, or GCAL, at a far lighter environmental cost.
Our metals are sourced with the same standard in mind, and every product page carries the specifications — metal type, karat, diamond shape, carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity grade — so nothing about what you’re buying is a mystery.
